9:20am for Mums and Bubs Classes - Fernlands Shopping centre off Woodhill Rd Arana HIlls
6pm - Arlington Shopping centre Arana HIlls
6:30am Saturday morning: Arlington Shopping Centre
Walk with Weights
These classes are a blend of cardio and strength as we walk through the streets and hills of the training area.
While the name suggests "walk" in there is often some running and sprints involved as well.
Toning Circuit
These classes are based on strength circuits with the intensity of traditional boot camps without all the yelling and screaming. I have a military background so my goal here and in all classes is maximum participation and intensity.
Boxing
These are simple boxing classes designed to get the heart rate up and to get a good sweat going. This is the most loved class due to it's variety and intensity.
Cardio
This is a running session where we also do a variety of body weight exercises to challenge even the fittest. We normally cover up to 3-5km in distance. We meet at the Arlington Shopping Centre at Arana Hills and then head out for runs of various distances and terrains incorporating body weight exercises. This class also has exercises included to keep control of the differing levels of fitness. It is suitable for all levels.
